An 8-Week Journey to Conscious Leadership
Over 4 sessions across 8 weeks, the People-First Playbook Cohort gives you the space and structure to fundamentally shift how you lead. The curriculum is grounded in Nick Reich’s book Every Player Is Bigger Than the Program — a proven, coherent philosophy for what it actually means to put people first. You’ll turn that foundation into real practice, work through your own leadership challenges alongside a small group of peers, and leave with a personal assessment and two private 1:1 coaching calls with Nick to support your growth along the way.
This isn’t a lecture series, it’s a working room where leaders do real work together.
